We do not control third-party review platforms and cannot guarantee that a customer will submit a review, that a review will remain published, or that a third-party platform will display or rank reviews in a particular way.
You are responsible for the content, customer information, contact lists, instructions, and account settings you provide. You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use information submitted to ReviewStreamer and to send communications to your customers.
You may not use ReviewStreamer to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications; impersonate another person or business; upload malicious code; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules. You are responsible for ensuring that your review-request practices comply with the policies of the review platforms you use.
Paid features may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Prices, billing periods, included features, and trial terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may change prospectively. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Any refund rights will be governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
The service may integrate with third-party websites, review platforms, communications providers, payment processors, or other software. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. ReviewStreamer is not responsible for changes, outages, content decisions, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party services.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewStreamer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer or other mandatory laws require otherwise.
